Children’s Groups

“Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.”

– Proverbs 22:6

Children’s Choir

Our Wednesday evening music program is for children ages 3 through 5th grade. The Children’s Choir meets at 5:30 pm in our Christian Life Center, where for just $2 they receive a delicious and nutritious meal. At 6:00 pm, the children are divided into three groups based on age and taken to various classes that include vocal choir, Bible study, instruments, and recreation. The children participate in worship several times throughout the year and have the opportunity to attend a choir festival every spring. Children’s Choir is free for church members, and just $10 for non-members. The program follows the Orange County Public School calendar. Registration opens in late summer, but children are welcome to sign up at any time during the school year.

The YCM program is a ministry – there are no charges for instruction. Parents are responsible for providing their child’s instrument, either through rental or purchase.
