Oakland Wednesdays Live (OWL)

Our Wednesday night programming will begin on November 4, 2020. OWL is held from 5:30 – 7:30 pm and is open to children ages three (if potty-trained) through 5th grade. The program includes dinner, recreation, a music class (instruments only), and a worship education class. We will meet at 5:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall.

Masks will be required at all times except when eating or drinking. Temperatures will be taken at the door, and COVID health screening questions will be asked before children can enter the building.

We need parents to volunteer once this semester. Volunteer sign up will be available at check-in. If you are unavailable to volunteer, please speak to Paige McRight when you drop your child off for the first time.

The dinner provided will be for a fee of $2 per meal. At this time, we want to avoid handling cash payments.  You can pay online through our online giving link HERE. Just click the “Give Online” button and then choose “Wednesday night dinner” from the fund drop-down. You can pay weekly or for multiple weeks in advance. Specifics can be entered in the memo line. Parents are also welcome to feed their children at home before dropping them off.

If you have any questions, please contact Tiffany Goggans at or 407-656-4452, ext. 105.

Children ages 3 – 5th grade are invited to sign up for virtual choir lessons! Lessons with instructional videos prepared by Ms. Bonnie are emailed to all participants on a weekly basis. The videos contain instructions from Ms. Bonnie on the songs we are learning to sing. Ms. Bonnie also sends out additional resources and fun learning activities every week. Contact Bonnie at to be added to the email list.
